The hotel may ask for your credit card on check-in as is standard practice.

Members may bring a guest to the hotel if they wish to do so. However, this will incur a charge of €30 per person per night on a B&B basis, payable, by the member directly to the hotel. This must be arranged with the secretariat in advance.

Please note: Guests of Assembly members cannot attend Assembly meetings or meals as they are for members only.

As a member of the Citizens’ Assembly, your meals in the hotel for the weekend will be covered. These will include:

  • Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday

Check-out time is 12 noon (early/late check in or outs, if available, will be an additional charge responsible to the member payable at the hotel)

Parking

For those arriving at the hotel by car, parking is provided on the hotel grounds. There are also disabled parking spaces in front of the hotel.
